Double iSmart (2024) is a Telugu-language science fiction action film directed by Puri Jagannadh. The story centers on Big Bull, an international mafia don diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor, who seeks immortality by transferring his memories into Shankar, a street-smart renegade with a unique memory transfer port in his brain. This sets the stage for an intense confrontation between Shankar and Big Bull.

Despite Ram Pothineni’s energetic performance as Shankar, the film struggles with a routine narrative and lacks engaging moments. The comedy track, particularly involving Ali, has been criticized for its poor taste. Overall, “Double iSmart” falls short of the expectations set by its predecessor, “iSmart Shankar.”
